Checkbox is indicating that the file or the folder and its sub folders
are not included in the Backup List. |

A Tagged Checkbox (white
or greyed) is indicating that
the selected folder including all subdirectories inclusive all existing
files in the
folder and sub folders are
included in the Backup List
(if not excluded by a file or
folder/subdirectory filter)
the selected file is included in the Backup List (if not excluded by
a file filter)

A Greyed Checkbox is indicating that
in underlying subfolders other files and/or folders are selected. The folder
with the greyed untagged checkbox is not included in the Backup List. But
the tagged files and folders in its subdirectories are included (if not excluded by a file or
folder/subdirectory filter).

If a greyed checkbox is
tagged then the selection of the underlying check boxes is superseded and
the selected folder including all subdirectories inclusive all existing
files in the folder and sub folders are
included in the Backup List (if not excluded by a file or
folder/subdirectory filter). However, the selection of the subfolders and
files is preserved. |
